The videos themselves are very informative and the time you spend going through the applications again and again clarifies questions I would not necessarily have thought to even ask.

Overall the videos are great. I am going to have to buy the others at least from green belt and maybe all just to have a complete set. I love that you teach applications and a variety thereof for everything you show. It really makes it very alive and infects the mind with a hunger to practice and learn and explore.
